Behind the Scenes
We make all our products in small batches. We trace the shapes onto wood with a pencil, then Ray cuts them all out with the table-saw or band saw. Once the shapes are cut out, we drill any holes that are needed, sand, stain, finish, and then assemble.
The table on the right is a full 4 days worth of preparing the lumber and cutting.
It has parts for: whale pull toy, duck pull toy, bunny banks, turtle banks, cat banks, anchor bank, dino bank, sailboat banks, and cribbage boards.
Crafted with care on Canada’s East Coast, we design and develop all our toys and games with local wood sourced from sustainable forests.
